Brenda Bobsled

Brenda had an adventure on her on a couple of weeks back.  She went to a special sledding course with some of our friends from church.

By all accounts, it was a LOT more terrifying than it looks in these picts.

As the story goes... just getting to the top of the slope on the ski lift is a dangerous and terrifying adventure.  It involved falls and bruises, and not just to the ego.

Even our good friend, Dr T, crashed into the safety net and destroyed his sled.

G^d is good.  He protects us from all our enemies, and even the perils of ice and snow.  And though we should perish, we don't even need to fear physical death, because of our hope in heaven.

Now, if we could just convince our pounding hearts of that truth!
