Adventure! Posted 02 03 14:44 PM



Adventures are:
·         Exciting
·         Stressful
·         Fatiguing
·         Worth it?

It’s that last one that is the problem.  In 1991 we moved our 5 kids to Houston for 14 months on a great adventure.  In 97, we moved 4 kids (Kelly then at UA) to NY to USMA on a great adventure.

Now Brenda and I have moved to Ostersund, Sweden.  It will be an adventure.  We’ll see how great it is.
One comforting thought.  Within a few hours of arriving in Sweden, I “happened” to read this verse:
 “The Lord protects those residing outside their native land…”.  Ps 146:9
Go figure!

    I have a feeling you guys won't want to come back by the time spring comes. I bet you won't want to come back until it gets cold again. :)
